I recently stepped out of the country for a couple of days to celebrate my best friend’s birthday, and I thought I would share with you my overall experience with going on a vacation.
First thing that I do after I book a vacation, is to start prepping myself mentally to hop on a plane. As I’ve mentioned several times before I suffer from an extreme anxiety disorder that can really put a damper on my life at times. Whenever I have to go anywhere far, my mind starts racing and starts thinking of the worse things that could happen. Weeks prior to the trip I started researching about some natural things I can take to help deal with my anxiety. I do drink lot of tea to help me relax, but the last time I was on a plane the tea made me use the ladies room a lot and I wanted to avoid that this time around. I started researching online and I stumbled upon this natural product by LifeSeasons called the Anxie-T Stress Support.
I started reading some of the reviews and everyone was raving about how amazing this product was. As I mentioned before I do not want to be medicated for my anxiety, hence why I started eating better and exercising. I went on a hunt, and found it at my Local Vitamin shoppe; it retails for $30 (not cheap). There are 60 capsules in the bottle and is recommended to take 2 capsules daily. I started taking it a week before my trip and guys this stuff works amazingly!!!! I started taking one in the morning and one and the afternoon, and I noticed how calm and relaxed I felt throughout the day. I was so amazed at how good it worked. Whenever I felt a little stressed I would take one and within half an hour I would feel relaxed.
The morning of my trip I took one about an hour before getting on the plane and it was a smooth ride to my destination. I highly recommend this to anyone dealing with the anxiety of life or dealing with stress. I f you find yourself anxious whenever you have to get on a plane, this is for you. I find this to be an efficient way to deal with stress and anxiety, especially if you don’t want to go with any other prescribed drugs.
